The fitness group of trainers are amazing. Pilates director Allison is a wonderfully trained and easy to start with coach. In a athletic building of this size, it is a great place to go every day, and there is something different you can do each visit! Update review 6/2026. The facility has really gone down. The description of a "country club" is accurate considering what they attempt to charge for just a day pass!!!! Don't get me wrong, the facility and front desk were great but for someone in town for just the day for a professional symposium trying to get a lift in, an insane $75 charge for a day pass is ABSURD and was a hard no thank you!!
