First impressions are important. I'm in town and my drive and AirBnB bed wasn't great on my back. I headed to Lifetime to get my body moving. I walk in and Sammy at the front desk may be the most welcoming, kind people I've met in a long time! He introduced himself and the club, shook my hand, and was beyond nice. The gym is what I expect from a Lifetime gym, but it really is people like Sammy that makes clubs successful. Thanks for having me at your great space, and for having great people.
Great facilities but the staff is what it makes it fabulous. Jane, Ross H, Jayden and Katie would help transform your body and keep you motivated and happy despite the HARD workouts you go through.
Things have really gone downhill with the reservation system. I’ve been a member since 2018 and I’ve never been someone who skips reservations. I just went back through my emails and there is only one missed reservation in the last 30 days, yet the current system treats occasional logistical issues as repeat abuse. The policy requiring members to rescan their card every two hours is especially problematic for pickleball.
