What a Great place to work out and relax as a family.. I loooove the spa and cafe.. healthy and well priced.. the staff is truly amazing and works hard to offer a clean environment.. offering wonderful activities for children and actually providing people with knowledgeable staff for a safe workout..
Yoga teacher is top tier.good layout . But the toiletries is shite . And cafe food is not that healthy
The steam room is Vicks vapor rub you guys really need real eucalyptus like equinox also, the hot tub next to the sauna and steam room needs to be a cold plunge. Please update this now.
Great gym, however It’s not a eucalyptus steam room they use Vicks menthol, which is kind of gross, not gonna lie. So excited for the eucalyptus steam room like equinox but they blast your nostrils Ran through Vicks. Please update this guys Otherwise, everyone will switch to equinox when it opens up in 2026 because they use real eucalyptus. Frustrated with a pool area. Pool policies stated - no outside clothes or jeans inside the pool. On multiple occasions- you can see people fully dressed in street clothes (jeans, long sleeve shirts, skirts, even including sneakers and winter boots) inside of the pool and jacuzzi. Staff does not reinforcing rules and policies. Another Big concern- kids under age 12 without parent's supervision alone in lap pool.
