Everything is awesome except for the steam room and sauna (both low heat) They should re-label it to the "sitting rooms." Management doesn't see a problem. :-(
Train with Brian Hampton - I'm having huge size and strength gains with him. Highly recommended!
Almost everything about the gym is awesome! The Men's and shared saunas are bad! Don't expect to sweat much, if anything! Some members even go fully clothed since it's more of a sitting room. (Sad!)
If you have any issues/concerns let "Sharon" at the front desk know and she'll get things addressed/fixed right away! Go Sharon! ;-)
Great family gym. But the open squat rack is mine.
There's lots of parking on Sunday @4pm
First time at hot yoga and it was pretty good
January is always packed
They love raising the rates yearly with no explanation...
