Come in as early as you can and you won't have to wait for weights to free up. Specially on Mondays (international chest day).
Member 3yrsthis place is filthy including the employees. They are all dating each other and all they do is talk shit about members. Manager brings her kids at work everyday so she's good for nothing.
Found seats even on a busy day. LifeCafe food out there looked good. Staff and lifeguards were attentive.
Member at another location but been here several times. Equipment is great and LifeSpa staff is wonderful!
LTF had NO Cell Phone Policy in Locker room but policy 9/2014 allowing cell phones at sinks, lockers, and showers, not taking affirmative steps to protect members of all ages/ privacy right! Offensive
For as much as membership costs, you'd think the wifi would be at least decent.
Hot yoga was amazing. Never have sweat as much. Toni rocks!
They should have an indoor soccer league. Not everyone wants to play bloody basketball!
Outdoor pool is open. both indoor pools are closed for May and June outdoor pool is nice for kids but a bit too warm for doing laps
