(Male) I made an appointment with Courtney shortly after I had 18inches off, I told her I had zero experience with how/what I wanted my hair to look like. She educated me on the why and hows of hair management, recommended products, and so much more. 15/10 Ask for Courtney!
Ashley was incredibly rude, threatening to bleach my hair against my wishes multiple times. It was a battle just to get her to listen to what I wanted. Thankfully, DJ, Kyla, and the other stylists stepped in and guided Ashley, instructing her on how to formulate a dye without using bleach—a solution that finally aligned with my initial request. The fact that it took the intervention of other staff members to salvage the situation is unacceptable. I highly recommend everyone at the salon except for Ashley. The other hair styl... read more
