Really bad service we didn’t get no medicine doctor said she was going to send to the pharmacy I go and nothing send
Avoid wasting your time and money on this place. The front desk staff is unprofessional, and the doctor failed to conduct a proper examination of my injury. This was the worst urgent care experience I've ever had!
If I could give this a zero I would.. I’ve been here twice.. the first time I was here I had pneumonia and I told them I’m having trouble breathing before they offered me any care they accused me of doing drugs or being an alcoholic because “a girl my age doesn’t/ shouldn’t get pneumonia” than they offered me an IV and breathing treatment only to find out they have the machine for kids as for the IV they gave it to me as an ingestion probably so they can charge the insurance a lot more money.. I was a paying customer. We were the last one in. Staff on front desk and most esp that Arvin Torres is rude, unprofessional and degrading our reason for visit. We were inside the room and he was just near the door talking to me casually and not in a professional NP/Doctor would do.. not even letting me explain the background and situation. He at some point even scolded me for not knowing the difference of this and that. So disappointing. They were also rushing me just because it was raining. Don’t bother coming here.
