the staff is a joke
Physical therapy has been very beneficial. Activities are creatively stimulating: physical, mental and spiritual. The certified dietician has met my special dietary needs. Medical staff have been available when needed. Transportation for medical appointments have been scheduled for me. Best of all-----EVERY STAFF MEMBER tries to meet the individual needs and interests of not only myself but that of EVERY MEMBER of Center Green. The total welfare of each member is important!! Horrible, incompetent, deceptive, overrated, and dishonest service from multiple areas of the care continuum. The mother of my significant other receives certain home services from this subpar organization. Some services promised and not delivered upon. They do not follow orders from the doctors in the hospital, rather their own doctors that make decisions on their own, whether it's for the best of the patient or not.
