My kids orders constantly late .. not only that but my kids ran out of their formula and was suppose to get their new formula sent out they were some delays. I asked can we get samples of formula due to the inconvenience both my kids are strictly gtube fed nothing by mouth and I was told I had to go to the store and pay for some formula in the mean time .. very rude & inconsiderate I am also a Low income family and can not afford to buy the formula
Lifeline was great until problems begin to occur repeatedly with pumps. Getting help for pump problems has not been easy. We've been dismissed or flat out ignored. You're better off with another DME that will work with you on problems rather than repeating the same problem over and over. They don't care. If your child is medically fragile and needs a quick response when pump problems occur, this is NOT the company for you.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lifeline Medical Supply. The company has illegally withheld a parent from accessing their child’s medical records without a court order, which is a violation of parental rights. They have also failed to supply all durable medical equipment (DME) orders prescribed by the child’s doctors and restricted communication by blocking access to administrators or managers. I hate having to write this, I’ve used them for over 4 years and always raved and recommend them… However the past 6 months they continue to drop the ball. 9/26-10/8 and supplies are still missing and not delivered. These supplies are medically necessary for my child. Please do better.
Really good about sending the items an calling to get monthly supply really great place
