Poor rating because of their neglect of their patients. It is a terrible place to work, to have to go into for whatever the reason, or at which to live. Clients that are required to go here are financially poor and dealing with severe disabilities every year of their lives, so a Poor Rating should not be what this center should get as well; they need something in their lives to be for the better. Covid has simply covered up what goes on here as the visitation rights are much less and nill.

Was hired as a RN. Had to do so much backtracking because the agency nurses didn’t know how to do a very complex program called LTSS. I figured out on my own. Was then given a terrible assessment because someone who I was working with was angry I wouldn’t give her money. This place is beyond terrible to work for. I loved my clients but it was so hard to watch the abuse and neglect. No one in charge has credentials to care for the most physically and mentally individuals. There is one LPN who truly cares.
