I had a fantastic experience at Life Dentistry Office! The staff was incredibly nice, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Had my first consultation here today. It was super smooth sailing. Everyone that works here is so kind and professional. From front desk to hygienists to Dr.Duff himself. I feel really comfortable to start my dental work here. I’m very glad I found this place!
We’ve been going here for a couple years now. Have always had a great experience until today. I had never have met Dr Duffs wife Jessica until today speaking with her on the phone, she was the receptionist today, she was very insensitive to our situation and did not care to make things right or seek to understand the situation. I'm one of those unique individuals who enjoys going to the dentist. I do have to say it's never been very busy while I'm in there. I never have to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time. The doctor is clear and concise and quite quick when it came to replacing my metal filling which I'm very grateful for, also, he took time to listen to my concerns and answered all questions I had. Dr Duff and team are the best. The team is so thorough, gentle and caring. It’s like going to a dental spa every visit. I have been going to Dr. Duff for over a decade and wouldn’t consider anyone else.
