This office does not follow confidentiality practices. The intern was showing my husband my X-ray scans without my permission or a release of information. The intern didn’t show me his scans.... what’s up with that? Unprofessional. What if we were in a domestic violence situation? You have to think people. I will never come to this office again and will steer my clients away from this business. You can get people killed by breaking confidentiality. Use your brain.

I've been coming here since 2016, and continue to return not only for the Chiro care, but the experience. I know that my body feels better after a visit, and I sleep better after each appointment because I'm aligned and well taken care of. They also check in on me if I don't visit as often as I'd like to. THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR I've ever been to!
Dr. Melissa is amazing. Every time I visit her office to be adjusted, I always walk away feeling better right afterwards as well as throughout the entire week. I commute from Hayward to Oakland just for the care I receive. That’s how amazing she truly is!!! Sondra
Dr. Melissa is so amazing, her skillset is unparalleled and she is able to adjust with extremely low force as well as deeper adjusting. She’s super in touch and her presence is so calming. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Dr. Melissa for years. When we began treatment I was dealing with chronic pain and miss alignment. After some x rays and a few apts I was already feeling a positive change.
