Do Not Order - absolutely shocked this business is still trading! This business took my money and didn't deliver. Didn't answer calls, emails, people have gone by the shop and it's was always closed. There's something really wrong here. Or fraud? Either way, I had to report to BloomNation, my bank & Visa card services to get my money back.

Never delivered. Business is closed. I have called several times and even sent an email to address this situation. They took my money and never delivered the flowers.

customer service is not a priority for them. I tried to call multiple times after ordering online from out of state. I recieved a confirmation email but never had any communication beyond that. I tried to call the number on their website and invoice multiple times with no answer or ability to leave a voicemail. I held off thinking maybe that the flowers would be delivered a little later than requested, but its been enough time with no delivery or word from the owner. Very disappointed.

i ordered from out of state for a local delivery. the service was perfect. the flowers were beautiful. delivery was on-time and prices were fair. my mom was very happy thanks so much
