I started going to Dr. Altman's practice 7 years ago. I had an extreme fear of going to the dentist. Prior to going to the dentist I couldn't sleep, couldn't eat. had a high level of anxiety. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire staff worked with me to overcome my fear. Today, when I go to the dentist, it is like going see my friends. Dr Altman is an excellent dentist and is backed by a wonderful staff. I no longer fear going to the dentist. I only wish I had started going to this practice earlier.
Dr. Altman and his hygenists are extremely professional in all respects of dentistry. There is also the friendliness of the whole office staff. In pinpointing any roblems with teeth gums..giving injections without any pain...I have had cavities cleaning...bridge work done and have gone to Dr. Altman. I am very satisfied with his work and will never changef

In my former life, I spent a lot of time in a dentist chair, and feared the experience . the last dentist I went to, and of course the only reason I went was because I was in pain, he said his polite hello, how r u ? and then talked with his staff about his new boat ! oh yeah, just what I want to hear! I went to Altman Dental for a cleaning the other day. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming. The dental tech who cleaned my teeth was pleasant, courteous, and very gentile. Dr. Altman himself was extremely thorough and listened to my concerns. He recommended replacing some very old fillings, and he used pictures he took using a tiny digital camera to actually show me why he was making the recommendations. Overall I could not have been more pleased with my visit.
I have been a patient of Dr.Altman's for many years as well as my husband and 4 children. He is not only a very competent and knowledgeable dentist, but his concern and compassion for his patients is remarkable. My sons played sports and Dr. Altman always responded in a very timely fashion when we had emergencies on off hours with the boys' teeth. We have had many dentists that really should not be dentists, and have had many problems. Dr. Altman is, by far, the greatest! I referred many people to him, and they all agree. He's peronal, professional, and does great work. The whold office staff is absolutely wonderful, as well as helpful. They all work with you for the best 'dental plan' from start to finish, and everything is explained ahead of time. I highly recommend Altman Dental to everyone!! He is very picky about his work, and it shows in our smiles!

For the first time EVER, I did not experience any pain during or after the procedure. In addition, it would be difficult to find office staff who are consistently as pleasant as those of Dr. Altman's.
