Brandy is good and my experience was very good. The lady dentist was excellent.
am i the only one that gets a little nervous going to the dentist? Well my fears were put to rest as soon as i entered the office. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I had been suffering excruciating headaches from a tooth that was both decayed and had come loose due to Gum Disease. After waiting days for an appointment with another Dentist, he refused treatment until I provided him with blood work and a detailed and current report from my cardiologist (who I see once a year) due to having a Pacemaker installed four years ago with no other issues whatsoever. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They all made me feel very comfortable. It was great that Dr. Altman made a point to say hello to me and introduce himself. Very pleased.
Before I met the staff at Altman Dental, I absolutely hated going to the dentist. The hygenists are friendly as well as skilled. I never walk out of the office in pain from being roughly handled. Dr. Altman is warm and friendly and has a wonderful bedside manner. He explains everything well and always asks if you have concerns or questions. In the many years that I have been a patient, I have never had a bad experience nor felt that I would ever go anywhere else, even though I have moved 25 miles away.
The thought of a dentist appointment gives me anxiety but the staff at Dr. Altman makes me feel very comfortable. They are very gentle and have excellent bed side manners. Everybody wears a smile and do a great job. Dr Altman is extremely calm and patient and makes you feel at home. I will highly recommend them!
All the staff was very polite and the service was very good and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Dr. Muto and Dr. Altman are the nicest dentists you will ever meet. They are very kind, compassionate and gentle. Dr. Muto filled 4 cavities for my 6 year old son and he still loves going to the dentist. When I was having a problem with my tooth, they fixed it the next day. I don't think you could find a better place to go for your next dental visit.
