I like the location and it’s nice and quiet. Good value
Lido Equities has to be one of the worst Leasing Offices I've dealt with. They're helpful to get you to moved in, but once you're in, they're terrible at responding to any emails, "lose" emails, or simply communicating. Maintenance is responsive.
The CEO and his staff have an excellent operation going on at Lido! Great apartments at affordable prices. They are quick to address maintenance issues.
I have lived with Lido for over a year and a half now, while my rent be overpriced, I have stayed because this company has been nothing but excellent to me. The real heroes at lido is the maintenance and building supervisor staff... these guys are on top of it, anything wrong and BAM here they are to fix your issue. The office staff is always super respectful and the management team can be very accommodating. It's no surprise with service as good as they provide that they manage over 80 properties... maybe over 100 I think! ... read more
