Listen I love the excitement of living in Hollywood but whoever is the owner of the lido apartments absolute blank blank they have no standard set for the management company the two gentlemen that work here on grounds they are great but get no support from the owners of this building shame on you man
Everything was fine from the beginning, I looked at the apartments, made an application and paid all the fees. Then there was a long silence from the management, I contacted the company assessing the application and they was told that my application was canceled by the property management and I was refunded the application review fee, but the returnable deposit has not yet been returned. I don't want to think it's some kind of fraud, but so far I haven't received any intelligible information from the management of this objec... read more
Takes forever for landlord to sign or fill out paperwork, just poor services. Job rolls objectives getting tenants to move in forgotten, no mission statement or purpose. Been waiting to sign lease agreement for 6 months now. Seeking to get house in Los Angeles sucks. May not be the for everyone else. Especially if you served your country. Are we doing business or am I just a little boy waiting, waiting, waiting?
