Took my 4 year old on a "Fancy Date" with Mommy. Everyone we encountered, from the host to the manager was exceptionally sweet, patient and kind with him. Dinner was delicious (he had spaghetti and a meatball, I had the tasting trio), as was dessert. Will definitely make this part of our annual Christmas date!
We went Saturday night after a concert at the Sprint Center. Started with a Blood Orange Cosmopolitan at the bar and it was fantastic! Brent is a great bartender! I had the pasta trio which was Spinach Ravioli on Asiago sauce, Linguini Carbonara and a wider pasta in a tomato based sauce (I don't recall the name). All three were amazing! My wife had the Cannelloni and it was outstanding! We finished with a shared piece of Tiramisu...wonderful. Definitely going back!
The food was amazing! I tried the pasta trio served table side! Fresh and hot and so yummy!
With the Grunauer next door and The Rieger right around the corner at the same price point, I was expecting a good meal. Honestly, I have had better Italian food at Fazoli's, and that would have saved me $130.00. My wife's Cinghale (Wild Boar Ravioli with Rosemary Infused Sauce) was obviously frozen, reheated and just plain bad. I had the "American Sunday Sauce with Braised Pork Shoulder, Italian Sausages and Meatballs". My favorite was the squash soup. Love there squash soup. So many dishes. Loved their Salmon too. Would like to go there again.

Food was wonderful! The atmosphere was amazing and the staff unbelievable!
We really enjoyed the food and the service, what a unique place representing Kansas Citys finest restaurants! Not typical Italian but from the northern region. The pasta was good and the salad and desert as well. Nice place!
I had the most handsome date and the food was astounding!
