Best TexMex I've had in Austin. Loved the location along with the great staff. Excellent Lina cocktail. Highly recommend the enchiladas a la potosina.
This.place.is.AMAZING. Food is truly awesome, staff are super nice and really hard workers and ambiance is really fun. Lots of outdoor seating and bar is first come first serve (albeit a little tight on space). Be prepared for a bit of a wait, we went two times in a row and it was packed both times. Most of the menu is gluten free and really, truly amazing. The red snapper was delicious, the camote was unexpected but delicious and the sopecitos are awesome. Went on a Wednesday night, and we saw at least 10 empty tables on sight; the hostess said there was an 1 hour wait. We left and went to a Tacos food truck two blocks away. Past in front of this place again, 40 mins later, still many empty tables, and no line anywhere to be seen. Not sure what happened there, but they must be making a good job on weekends so that visitors can be rejected on weeknights.
Man this place was a great venue for bands! Definitely added to my list of places to hang out on the east side!
Great time! The wait was a bit long but we found two chairs at the bar and I'm not sure we could have had a better time!
