Awful, greedy people who don't know how to run a business. Obviously in over their heads during SXSW. Failed to cater to fans that traveled across the country and waited, literally, 10 hours to see a band at their "venue". Treated these fans with no respect whatsoever. Someone within their staff fucked up with the capacity and they took it out on the fans. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Everything about this place is top notch, top shelf, and top of the bill! The best food, atmosphere, and people you'll encounter.
