Leany was an excellent and knowledgeable technician.
Leany was fantastic. She was dispatched to our house almost immediately after we called. She called and gave us her ETA and called upon arrival. We have 4 kids and 2 adults and she was able to get everyone checked and cleared in 2 hours. Leany was extremely kind and patient with kids. She made this experience as good as it can be when dealing with lice. Her overall service was excellent, thorough, and professional. Leany is super nice and not only did a fabulous job, she explained in great detail until we fully understood everything we needed to do during follow ups. She is very well mannered and hard working. Would recommended her 100 times over!!!
