Today we drove from Wenatchee to the Mercer Island facility to have my two daughters treated. Anna did an absolutely wonderful job!! She was very patient with our six year old and she was a great help to me, what with all my questions! After trying to battle these bugs myself for almost a week and our daughter missing the entire week from school, I'd had enough!! I'm so thankful for this treatment facility and will return if need be!

We went there after being told my daughter had nits still in her hair after 1.5 weeks of being out of school...at this point I knew they were gone but the school was not convinced as they saw dandruff and thought it was nits. Took her to Lice Knowing You and I was proven right. She was clean. I will take her here in the future for sure.
Fantastic! Very respectable people who know what they're doing and are building a genius franchise. The owner is friendly and kind. We came to get treatment after doing missions work with orphans in Guadalajara, Mexico and the owner seemed very enthusiastic about our work, she even offered to donate treatment kits for our next trip! We've had treatment there twice and have been happy with the results every time. We highly recommend them!
