They refused to finish doing the girls we took in and still made us pay $740.00 or they would call the police. Would you pay for a job not done? Every child no matter the age was crying they are so rough. They used Clorox wipes on one of the girls face which burned her face and ears. It says right on the Clorox wipes it is hazardous to human!! What were they thinking!! Then after all that to top it all off they posted one of the girls pics on there Facebook page! The audacity is unbelievable!!

RecommendedFast and skilled technicians! All 3 kids and myself were checked and treated accordingly, in and out within an hour and a half. Loved that a second check was done by a second technician and that they have a 30-Day Guarantee (everyone in our home was checked within 24 hours of treatment). So thankful for the peace of mind!

Meridian Idaho location has terrible customer service and as a licensed cosmetologist instructor for 16 years, I would think they would do a better job at looking for head live and not tell their customers that they don't have lice, not once but twice and charge the customer for the inspection just for her to have to go to another clinic and get treated for the head lice she did in fact have.
So appreciated being texted back an appt time late Sunday. For the uninitiated lice seems to be the end of the world. Compassionate, quick-working & meticulous staff were excellent. I especially appreciated the young man who talked Pokemon go with my son to distract him when his scalp had had enough. Hats off - literally!
The staff in Beaverton is amazing. With a not-so-fun issue to deal with they are friendly, engaging, and super professional. Thanks for taking great care of my family!!
