I can not say enough good things about Lice Clinics of America Vernon Hills! If ever you have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with lice this is the only way to go! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and make you feel at ease in a terrible situation. When they say "Don't worry we got this." They are true to their word! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs this type of service.
Absolutely fantastic service! I know its an emergency whenever someone suspects lice but we were leaving for vacation the next morning so it really felt like a time-crunch, nerve-wracking emergency! I called in a panic and Erin calmed me down letting me know, "They got this." I was instructed to wash, dry and detangle my kids hair and she would see me at the clinic within an hour. Everyone was amazing!!! We found out yesterday that my daughter 's lice never went away and..... She spread it to me. I was mortified! They got us in right away. Debbie did a great job with my daughter as did Nick. Erin took care of me. I think I was more of a wreck than my daughter. Thank you so much! I would recommend this clinic all day long!

I had discovered that my 7 year old had lice on a Sunday late evening. The lice clinic of America of Vernon Hills was able to get me in first thing on Monday. Erin was fantastic and treated my daughter with care and sensitivity to the issue. Erin educated me about the treatment process and I felt comfortable knowing she was an expert in this. If you have the unfortunate experience of discovering that your child has lice, this is the only way to go! Both my daughter and my son had lice. You may think a girl's longer hair would be worse- and normally you'd be right- except my son has autism. He flips out just getting a haircut. Erin was amazing with my son!
