I had the best experience after an absolutely horrible one when the place where I had my appointment (lice clinics of America Sunnyvale) was closed upon my (and other customers' arrival). They are awful. However Lice free clinics opened their place to me even after work hours because they felt bad for what happened and totally went out of their way. A day after returning from a week with my g-kids I got a dreaded call...Mom they have lice (: Thankfully there are now lice evaluation/treatment clinics so I was quickly put at ease after a phone consult with Masoud at Lice Free Clinics.
