Nicole is pro. She is professional and thorough. She treated our whole family. We are so thankful for her and the treatment system. I recommend her clinic and Lice Clinics of America system as the only way to ensure the lice are gone.

Honestly a wonderful experience, during a stressful situation. Nicole made us feel so at ease. My daughter was mortified and devastated when she discovered she had lice, but as soon as she met Nicole her fears dosappeared.

Nicole is a very thorough professional and great with communication. She explained the process thoroughly and made you feel at ease. If any body is dealing with lice infestation at home with young kids don't think twice and reach out to her immediately.

A few weeks ago, we thought our 3 year old may have lice. It turned out to be two worried parents for nothing and it wasn’t lice. We found this out because Nicole is the absolute best. When we reached out to her clinic, as busy as she was with coming to find out that the fall is a very busy time for her and her staff, she couldn’t have been any nicer than she was. Nicole is amazing. She treated our family with such kindness and took the time to educate us. She is personable, and we can tell she loves her job. We are a family of worriers, and seeing her took all of our worries away. One of our family members that was treated has autism, and she treated her with compassion, patience, and understanding. She came home absolutely raving about Nicole. Hopefully we will never have to worry about this again, but if we ever do, we will come back!
