We had a lovely experience at the Bellevue life clinic! Becky was incredible and the two others that helped us were just wonderful. In fact, we kind of had fun. They were very thorough and made sure that we went home with no possibility of lice, most important, but also they were all very kind.
EDITED - I reached out to LCoA regarding our experience. Their representative was kind and listened to my complaint from beginning to end. I was then informed that every location has cameras running the entire time they have clients in. (I don't remember being told there were cameras, but it may have been disclosed and it just didn't register with me.) Absolutely the worst experience. My daughter had an issue with lice that we brought her in to this clinic for. The tech spent most of the time shaming my daughter and openly commenting on the number of nits she found. She ran around the room showing everyone the bowl she was using. It was CLEARLY this techs early days with the company but she made the ordeal HORRIBLE for my family. Additionally, they didn't even get the situation cleared up. I am furious and won't put my daughter through anything like this again.
My daughter’s hair was infested! After a few hours, her hair was fresh and clean. Thank you so much! Definitely lifesavers!
