Everytime we come to Charolette from Charleston we always stop in. Mainly for the cheesecake!
I'm very unpleased with this place and decided to Celebrate a friend Birthday last night. The service we expected was horrible the employees who were making the pizza were letting there pals cut in front of us for some freebies. I felt that I wasn't acknowledged when it was time to order , instead they let they there pal cut in front of me. The lines were unorganized first of all and couldn't enjoy my night out.
I love this place usually, but this was not their night. First off, I came there on purpose to let my daughter try the manicotti that took me back to my childhood. Conveniently/Ironically, its been deleted off the menu. So first disappointment.. then we got the Chicken Florentine pizza that we love, and order extra goat cheese because it's sooo good. Nope!! We've made this stop a must before Hornets games at Spectrum Center! It's just a couple of blocks away and the salads and pizza are amazing!
Ordered delivery on 11/12/16 and was given a 45 minute wait time, 1.5 hours pass and no one shows up.... called to see when I could expect the delivery and apparently they had lost my order. They said they could either process delivery and refund or just refund... at which point was 10:30p and was beyond hungry so just asked for a refund... cut to 3 weeks later, the charge was never refunded, I had to call and ask for a refund (again) and still no refund. This place is a disaster, I'll just stick to Fuel for pizza delivery.
Food was okay....service was slow....I can't say I wouldn't return....but I wouldn't rush back!

Save yourself the time, money and headache of this location. Food was delivered 4 hours after it was initially ordered. When food finally made it to house (3 blocks from location) pieces of order were missing. To top it all off it was cold.
