Went in after an event at Iven's Auditorium. Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious!
Lunch time delivery took 2 1/2 hours to receive. After calling the first time to find out where the order is I was told it was with the delivery driver and should be there any minute, the second time I called it had not even left the restaurant.
Can you say PISSED!! Came in and purchsed an order. My order was incorrect and cold. Called back to speak to management to fix the mistake. They told me i would be in a book for a replaced order. I get there to place my order and there's a red haired and red bearded guy behind the counter arguing with me and calling security on me. Redefining dysfunctional. Ill equipped, less than friendly service. Certainly not worth the hassle. A Bundle of easier accessible, more well equipped, customer services savvy pizza places around charlotte.
Waited 2 hours on pizza we were staying at Omni just down the street!! We get it and it's cold and nasty! Then I call to complain the manager sends another pizza . It takes almost a damn hour . There was a world of difference between the first one and that one . We should've gotten a refund plus another pizza !! Three hours in the room waiting on it !! Never ever go there !! Bad business!!
Always tough to get good service here. Tonight the worst. Not busy. Place was rally dirty, woman in charge was busy eating rather than taking care of customers, set up service for group next to us and ignored us, who were seated first. When questioned she said they no longer wait on tables, told us to go to the counter and order and walked away. She waited on the table next to us though. We've had it. Customers there for years. Libretto's is not only good Italian food they are Good for Our community! They served 100 people who were burnt out of their homes by fire.
The staff is very rude and unprofessional.
