-Delivery time was long -Delivered on a bike so the pizza was all jumbled up. Still edible but not the best presentation. -Pizza is too salty. -Pizza is bland. All of this does not compare to the stupidity I experienced over the phone. Employees do not know the menu and do not even know their own products. I asked for a garlic butter cup to be added to the order. Awesome pizza and very down to earth workers. We will def be going back when in that area.
Stopped in for lunch. Service and prices were good but the food was AMAZING!! The dining room could use some renovations but I was very pleased with my visit. Will definitely stop back by before we leave town.
My husband and I came in there to grab a pre Valentine’s night meal. Turned out to be during the Mardi Gras Bar Crawl. Even so, the food was delicious, fresh, the managers were awesome, the service was provided. Plus we got to be entertained by the marching band outside. A great Saturday night indeed
The food was good, but it was so cold I had to wear my coat during dinner. Not a cozy atmosphere, some guy was sleeping at a table. They no longer have servers so we had to order dinner at counter. Sorry to see this place go down hill, was one of our favorite in the city.
I am staying in downtown Charlotte, as a visiting guest. My pizza was delivered completely uncut, just whole. Now they are conveniently not answering the phones.
