Thank Barry for calling me about being pre-apporved. You start asking me about me, the finances, and what kind of car I want then suddenly transfer me over to your finance dept who starts all over again with the same questions I just spent 5 minutes answering with you. TERRIBLE way to try to get my business. Passing people around without a care in the world. I would rather walk barefoot then purchase a car from this place.

I bought a new car with an extended service warranty last 2009. When i am about to claim bcoz there's a leak under my catalytic converter pipe they said i have no more warranty bcoz over 60k miles but with esw it supposedly up to 100k. What happend with my 1200k payment? They said i don't have esw no more. They deleted into my account. They are bogus. I went there and ask him (service manager)to fix it but he said there's no problem about my car. They always lie. Service sucks in Libertyville. I won't recommend to anyone to go there or even buy any car. Midas in Gurnee and Sears Gurnee knows about their poor service.

The service department personal are the best! They listen to you and treat you like family. Every time I go to have service on my car, it is taken care of, it is done perfectly and always with a kind word . Even if you do not have a Mitsubishi bring your car in for service. I promise you will fall in love with the service personal and know that the service done on your mode of transportation will make you not only come back, but actually look forward to having service done.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have EVER had. 10 stars, not just 5. Barry and his team went above and beyond to from the moment I walked through the door. They were knowledgeable about the cars and finance process. Hands down red carpet treatment. I am in sales and he exceeded my expectations effortlessly. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Don't waste your time at any other dealership. The selection of vehicles is outstanding. They can meet your needs or put you in your dream car.
