We were traveling through Arkansas when the husband noticed that the spring shackle was broken on one side of the RV. We called Liberty Trailers and they said they had the part and would be able to do it today. When we arrived, Scrib the service writer got right to work writing up a service order and Buddy the service manager said they would get right on it even though they were down 5 mechanics.
