They are professional in their work, as expected from an accounting service. However, the fees were noticeably higher than I anticipated. For comparison, last year I had my taxes done with Liberty in BC and the cost was about half. It would be helpful to have more transparency around pricing. Same company, different branch, different pricing. Interesting!!!

The online booking feature doesn't work
Gerri at Liberty Tax on Quinpool Road in Halifax is fantastic. She really cares about her clients and goes out of her way for them. Professional, knowledgeable, so patient with all my questions and all with a smile and great sense of humour. Highly recommend this great local business. NEW _ Just back from getting my taxes competed by Geri. Did 3 years in one sitting. She does not judge and tries so hard to make sure all the info is correct. So much patience. Thank you Gerri!!!
