I have purchased at least 7 cars from liberty subaru from Tom Quinn and the rest of the Liberty subaru team. My forester had an issue that was an extenuating circumstance in which my part was out of warranty. however, Both Bob the service manager and Anthony at subaru corporate were able to resolve it for me. I will continue to recommend Liberty Subaru in Emerson to people both for their sales fairness as well as their customer service, for which they always go above and beyond in all departments.
Engaged in deceptive sales practice of over promising delivery date of an Onyx XT not in stock to secure sale. Guidance was 6-8 weeks delivery time table but reality is at least 11 weeks. Competitors have plenty in stock and in-transit. If lead time information was honestly presented I would not have placed a $500 deposit which is non-refundable and this was not explained ahead of time.
Customer beware!!!! of the Service Department. My Outback had no issues what so ever. Took it in for the air bag recall got it back and the vent blend settings don't work. They want to charge me for a new blend motor. Meanwhile the first Service Adviser told me its probably a link that wasn't put on correctly and that has been common with the air bag fixes. Not for me though, the service manager insisted that I replace the blend motor.

I didn't buy my car from here which I now know was a big mistake. I had an issue with my car yesterday and the service center where I bought my car refused to take me. I called the service center here and they took me at the last second about a recall I never knew about that was causing the problem. I would like to thank all that helped me at the last minute. I definitely will recommend this dealership and service center to anyone.
