I am somebody who really pays attention to detail. When I called the dealership I spoke to a guy named Jeff Miletta & told him exactly what I wanted. The exact color interior and exterior with all of the features I wanted was being delivered to their facility in 3 weeks. I traveled from Michigan to purchase the perfect brand new Subaru Forester. Customer service lacks communication. I put first months down in the event that I would walk out with a lease or purchase... $400 later.... I decided to go else where and now I’ve been waiting for almost a week for a call back!!! I called TWICE LAST WEEK! I am still waiting for your call back Tom, I would like a refund of my $400 thanks

I have purchase about a half dozen cars from liberty over the years and had a very good experience each time. You are informed of your options very well and nothing is ever pushed on you. For the last several purchases I have dealt with John Clarke and could not be more satisfied with his treatment.
