Liberty Square is pretty nice, very social I actually love going to the hot tub. Except for both of my swimsuits got ruined in their hot tub. I wore both swimsuits in other hot tubs and they never got changed from the chemicals. I went to the front office for the first time it happened to my hot pink swimsuits and they didn’t take ownership and blamed it on the brand and my roommates swimsuits also got ruined that night. RecommendedMy son lived here during his freshman year and had a wonderful experience: great friends, wonderful wards (he lived in two different apartments). Would highly recommend!
Don't. Rent. Here. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING. I guarantee you and your friends can finds somewhere better for cheaper. Plus they force you to sign a year round contract. If you object, they like to encourage you by saying it will be easy to sell the spring/summer part of the contract because these apartments are so popular, but that is a bull-faced lie. This place was the worst! Broken toilets, broken showers, leaking faucets. We had a leak in our wall and maintenance barged in one day to fix it with no warning and we weren't allowed to use our toilet or shower! Oh and during all of this we still paid full rent. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management didn't even listen to our concerns and problems.
Liberty Square is ridiculous. I wish there was a 0 star rating. We had moldy ceilings, issues with our toilets, male workers coming in the early hours unexpectedly, the shower not working and water being shut off for several days without warning, the list goes on. I understand older apartments get worn out so we put in work orders and called management about issues and they never took care of anything. I have spoken multiple times in the past two months with two Liberty Square managers (Ashley and Nikki) and two office staff (Riley and Tyler) to get four men and one women properly listed on the wait list/application list for Fall 2017. Each staff member has been extremely detailed in the information and support they've provided to me, as a mom, trying to apply for multiple students who are out of the country. Thank you Liberty Square office staff, especially Ashley who has now moved on to another location.

Hi Zachary! We are sad to see you didn't have as good of an experience here at Liberty Square as you could have, had. We noticed that you are a past tenant, but you are still more than welcome to stop by anytime and talk about it with us further.
To be candid, the staff who operate and maintain Liberty square have been so helpful and accommodating while I've lived here. Whenever there's an issue with pretty much anything they're always available to listen and assist with solving it. The people here really make the place great.
