Unprofessional, waste of time and money – Called the main office after seeing a sign for rent. Agent who answered the phone (Gertrud) knew nothing about the property. Viewed the apt several days later and again the agent was unable to answer any questions about the apartment, but was pressuring me to put down an immediate deposit.
