I had a horrible experience with this company. First of all, my hot water was constantly not working and I would have to contact my landlord to have someone come out and fix it about once a month. Secondly, I locked myself out of my apartment one time at around 6 PM, and my landlord was not accommodating and understanding with helping me in this situation at all. When I rented from this group the heat in my apartment was not properly working. My approximately 500 square foot apartment was costing me upwards of 200+ dollars a month in PECO bills to heat. For a multitude of days the apartment despite the heat being on full blast was 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit. I consistently reached out to Lisa who was at first unhelpful.
