The owner of the property I currently rent from just hired Lisa. Liberty Real Estate does not have a business website or a business email address. Lisa does not respond to maintainence issues. Lisa is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Lisa does not know anything about contract law, in my opinion and is disrepectful and show have her real estate license revoked. This company is very sketchy and shady. I had a horrible experience with this company. First of all, my hot water was constantly not working and I would have to contact my landlord to have someone come out and fix it about once a month. Secondly, I locked myself out of my apartment one time at around 6 PM, and my landlord was not accommodating and understanding with helping me in this situation at all. When I rented from this group the heat in my apartment was not properly working. My approximately 500 square foot apartment was costing me upwards of 200+ dollars a month in PECO bills to heat. For a multitude of days the apartment despite the heat being on full blast was 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit. I consistently reached out to Lisa who was at first unhelpful.
