This is a review for Carly Gunderson specifically: Carly was such a huge help when my roommate and I were trying to find a new apartment. She was always active making sure to text us back quickly and schedule tours ASAP. She understood what we were looking for and didn’t try to waste our time on apartments that were above budget just for her own benefit. I would recommend Carly to ANYONE, but especially 20-somethings overwhelmed by the Boston housing market. Much love to Carly!
I could not recommend Amanda enough!! She is quick to respond, answered all of my never-ending questions, and made renting for the first time so seamless. Can’t forget to mention how kind and thoughtful she is which goes such a long way! Thank you Amanda 🫶🏼
Very rude apartment. The location is bad unsafe and delivery always got stolen. I tried to negotiate many times with them to put on camera to protect delivery, they ignored. Also, the bike racks are full with old broken bikes, nobody remove it. Also no light around the apartment, which is really dangerous at night. And they also called 2 dark color men to threaten me to break my bicycle. This is the worst apartment I lived ever.
I was looking for a rental in the Boston area, although I did not find what I was looking for it was a pleasure working with Atlas Group and Carly G! She was so helpful and would always keep me in mind to send new listings when they would pop up.
We had a truly amazing experience working with Carly from Atlas, and highly recommend her. We were not in the Boston area yet, and did most of our communication with Carly via text and phone calls. She always answered in a timely and super helpful manner despite being busy with actual in person business in Boston.
