Liberty properties has always been efficient and helpful whether it deals with maintenance issues or just questions. They were very easy to work with with the leasing process as well.
Nice properties for a good price. Online payment portal is easy and very user friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of within a few days of submitting them.

I️ avoid this place at all costs. They threatened to sue me for damages that were made by a roommate’s pet when I️ never signed the pet release form stating that I️ would cover damage if the dog messed anything up. I️ even told them that the dog was there and I️ never signed it and they never did anything about it. 6 months later and I️ receive an email stating I️ must pay for the damage that the dog made on the carpet in HER bedroom.
Word of advise if you may be looking for a new apartment complex to live in. Stay as far as you can from this Real Estate company. Hands down the worst management I've ever had the chance of meeting. Money hungry leadership, RUDE owner who just wants your money and doesn't care how he gets it. Absolutely impossible to get your deposit back because yet again they just want your money. Don't be a fool and just find another company. AKA Northcutt realty

You were given a detailed move out list with instructions to guarantee you would receive the most back from your security deposit, as well as instructions to dispute any charges you may have received. We have yet to receive any type of communication from your or your mother except for this review. Liberty is a solid company and Ross Park is great! Everyone in the office is super helpful too.
I love Ross Park! Great housing and great area. Easy access to Auburn and Opelika.
