Bad bad bad. Ticketed for absolutely no reason. This MUST be fixed
I hate this place. This place sucks. Do not rent here.
Parking policies randomly enforced. Residents are constricted as there’s only 3x3 units with up to 3 transponders allowed but 2 spots for parking… The gate is always broken. No room for kids to be, so the street is like playing crossy road.
Trying to figure out parking as a resident is a joke. HOA randomly decides to enforce parking rules. If I live here, I should be able to park in any available parking spot. Ridiculous and unbelievable.
HOA is terrible. They don’t care about the residents and only want their money.
