Its not overpriced. Its comparable to the rest of provo. The location is pretty good (10-15 min walk from BYU Tanner Building). The people who reside in it are polite and the wards are quite fantastic. The places are pretty nice and spacious (all things considered). The only real downside is management who, to be frank, are terrible. Hardly a 2 week period goes by that I don't think "Wow, these people suck." My apartment, so far, has been a disaster. My first night here the bathroom flooded with feces and it had filled up the bathtub which was slowly draining. I immediately tried to call the emergency line so we could get the problem fixed, only for it to ring straight through multiple times. I submitted a work order online qualifying it as an emergency. Within the next week, the bathroom flooded 3 more times without anyone coming to figure out what was happening and each time there was feces in the water. The paint started... read more

I enjoyed the apartment. It was fairly comfortable. The appliances were all fairly old, and even in the newer remodeled apartments, things were just covered up. New cupboards or drawers weren't installed, but the old ones were just re painted and covered up on the outside instead of actually being nice and new. The insides were still old and gross.
