Do not live here! Horrible tenant care and communication. Your calls and emails will be ignored leaving you no way to resolve issues. You are a means for revenue and nothing else.

This is a terrible place to live in Provo. The units were probably built in the 70’s with a “slap of paint” done about 2-5 years ago. When you pay your rent with your debit card, expect an extra $30 “processing fee”. Also, don’t expect to get off of the 300+ waitlist for a parking spot in the empty parking lot. Not to mention the holes in the walls and ceilings, and the outdated windows/doors that are extremely drafty. Quite frankly, a huge waste of Money.

Expensive, outdated, and dishonest. They charge as many fees as humanly possible -- including a $50 fee for letting anyone else know your door code and another $50 for losing a parking pass -- and the apartments are NOT worth the high price.

Honestly, I've loved living here at Liberty on Freedom. This is my second year here and I really enjoy it. It is close to campus and is a good environment and social life. The management now, is super great. They do all they can to make sure everything is going well and we are happy. They are great to work with

Overall, Liberty on Freedom is pretty good--it's expensive in my opinion, but I have enjoyed its amenities, including the hot tub and fitness center. I have an apartment with 6 girls, which is a lot for the small apartment (the kitchen gets very cramped), but it is doable for me because my roommate and I have the basement room (much bigger& nicer than the other rooms) that has its own bathroom. I have loved the semester so far at Liberty on Freedom. The ward has so many great people. Its super close to campus. Good Roommates. Its a great cost comparative to the many opportunities, amenities, and location.

I am so fed up with this crap. I get charged $45 for not cleaning the oven we have literally never used one time . Give us a mother freaking break!!!!!! Our heater constantly stops working and the hot tub is frequently out of function... How much money do I get to charge you for that!!! Obviously from the rates you are charging you are making a ridiculous profit. Why don't you start helping out us poor college kids and stop taking advantage of this great university and the need for housing close to campus. Stop ripping us of... read more

The Liberty on Freedom management was incredibly difficult to work with--no matter what the issue was--, leasing office hours were ridiculous, repairs took a long time, and responses were always slow. It looks nice on the inside, but the apartments are old (just repainted) and things do not work well. It is outrageously overpriced for an old, tiny, shared room with few amenities in the apartment (no dishwasher, no washer dryer, no cable, no wifi).
