I have used Liberty National Lending Group on several occasions over the past 8 plus years and have received nothing but prompt courteous service from Mr. David Pace and other associates. Liberty National has refinanced my current home on 2 separate occasions and on a purchase of a condo. They laid out the options that was in the best interest for me and my family. No pressure tactics to sway me one way or the other. I cannot recommend them high enough! David and his team are amazing!
We have worked with David Pace over the past 10 years on multiple refinances. David provided us professional service well beyond what we expected. He provided us with valuable insight on refinancing options that we found helpful and informative. He always followed through during the entire process of our loans and returned messages quickly. In addition, he has a very friendly and personable personality!
All of our loans in the last 15 years have been through David. He has helped us with Refi's, Income and Vacation properties. I look at David more as a friend, than a Loan Broker, and I recommend him to all friends an family for consideration. I can also be a difficult client (as David will probably attest to), but he has always worked things out with me, and the end result has always been a positive. I will not hesitate to recommend David, and will use him for our next purchase/refinance.
