She is knowledgeable, professional and helpful in explaining my policy and answering all my questions regarding coverage in a way that’s easy to understand. I have worked with Candice Cilvik for a few years now. There are not enough stars in this review to rate Candice accurately. I have had some complicated situations and I almost always end up contacting her on weekends and holiday weekends. She is always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Candice was freakin amazing. Best insurance rep I have ever dealt with. Super knowledgeable and very timely with responding to questions and concerns I had during the process of getting better rates.
