We have been waiting for 6 days to hear back from our adjuster, Aaron Newton. My husband has called numerous times and he will only respond via email. When he responds, he takes a week to respond. The process would go by so much faster if he would just answer his phone. We are living in another location with our two children and two dogs for the next 2-3 months and it will be MUCH longer than necessary all because Aaron Newton is moving at a snail speed to get the ball rolling. This location is no longer there. Don't drive there, pay for parking , and walk the last 3 blocks. They have vacated the premises. Their phone number goes to Akron, Al. 75 miles away.
I have been trying for 4 days to reach my adjuster. She will not return my calls or reply to my emails. They even blocked my phone number so when I call in I automatically get disconnected. I called from a different number and was able to get thru.
Can't get a hold of nobody and they're always too high
