Outside of the houses themselves having curb appeal and maintenance doing the best they can with what they can, I think the community is lacking. If it came down to just those two factors I’d give a 5 star. But realistically it doesn’t, SAFETY here is a huge issue… in all the military communities I’ve ever lived in, I’ve never felt as unsafe as I do here. We been here going on a year. Office staff is always available when we need them. Maintenance has been pretty fast with any issues we did have & always have been respectful upon entering our home. Lots of parks in the neighborhood.
The houses are beautiful inside and community looks nice. Maintenance and the office respond quick - but I can’t say they resolve the issue quick. We’ve been here a month and have had an ongoing roach and mice issue. We have sprayed, pest control has sprayed, traps have been set, the issue is not resolved yet. And the mouse- the freaking mouse!!! There are so many different holes and cracks that they are/can come through that we keep finding- nothing is catching it.
