Safe and quiet neighborhood. Clean and close to two elementary schools. Well-kept house, up-to-date with New siding, fence, and roofing under a year old.
Maintenance and the office is actually a joke. Our AC has broken twice now (still not fixed) and they still won't come to fix it. The first time they said because it was raining outside (it wasn't) they wouldn't send their maintenance crew out despite it being ridiculously hot inside the house with absolutely no way of cooling it down by opening the windows considering it was the middle of July. As far as I'm concerned the worst experience I have had with military housing had issues since the beginning with a/c mold pests and overall safety of the house that I have been placed in. Dealing with the higher up management is much like talking to a brick wall and nothing gets accomplished till you have absolutely lost it. I had black mold growing on my vents they offered me 5 dollars a day per person in the house for as long as we were displaced and to put us in a "guest suite" except for when I personally inspected the ... read more
