Happy with the house. We are lucky to have gotten an end unit. Our home had all new appliances and floors and dual air-conditioning units so the bedrooms can be a different temperature than the ground floor. The homes and landscaping are beautiful
The time line between submitting an application and being offered a place was great. Communication throughout the entire process was thorough and kind. I feel welcomed here. So far, so good!
If you're looking for luxury on a government installation I would recommend Bellevue Housing on Joint Base Anacostia Base. I've lived in many housing developments over the years and this is far the best.... Love living here; Maintenance and the office staff are so nice and helpful. Tolmeko is my favorite. She helped us with our move in process and checks in to make sure we are doing fine. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
