RecommendedStaff and residents have all been nice and maintenance has been so helpful with fixing things in the house. Don’t like how so many people driving don’t pay attention in the neighborhood.

Mold infested rat trap managed by a bunch of incompetent losers that have no people skills whatsoever!
I’ve caught what we thought were mice over the last few weeks. But after having a second pest control guy come out who actually talked with me rather than come in look around and then leave, I’ve been informed they are in fact young Norwegian Rats, also better known as the common sewer rat. This is the fourth I’ve caught, forgive the imagery of them being dead, but I’m done catching and releasing.
Thanks to Lincoln Military Housing I’ve had the opportunity to become a rodent photographer. How wonderful that less than a week until Thanksgiving we’ve a mouse. I’d intended to cook our holiday meal myself, but perhaps we’ll add ratatouille to the menu & let the mice cook it.
If you can handle the noise it's not bad, but you get jets, and helicopters flying overhead. They hover over the houses shaking the walls and glass.

Lincoln is doing little to nothing to combat break ins for cars and homes. My car was broken into, reported to NPD and housing, housings answer is to increase security presence? Their current security obviously isn't getting the job done. For being a military community they aren't doing much to help service members families feel safe. The claim that there haven't been any break ins is absurd because the Ben Moreell/JFSC community page is littered with break in posts and videos from security cameras. Do better.
Get me out of this hell hole!!!
