Let me start by saying this.... My salesmen was great my issue is with the old man in the red pants i believe his name was Mike. Went in to buy a 2011 CX-9 Had already been to a ford dealer who gave me an appraisal on my trade and financing as well as money off a new explorer. Salesweasel and manager agreed to match or beat ford. They wrote some numbers on a paper and sent me on my way to discuss it with my husband. when we went back the next day the numbers changed dramatically as well as my trade value. Paul Denning helped get me into a brand new Mazda5 for the price I wanted! I went in to comparison shop, I really had my eye on a Nissan Murano but met with Mike Fav and he was so informative and sold me on the CX-7. I wanted something bigger than my Honda Civic and with all wheel drive for the winter. The car rides nicely, has ample storage, the pick up is amazing, and is perfect for my 16 month old's car seat, stroller etc. Mike Fav went above and beyond to show me the features and explain how everything worked. I have leased or purchased six vehicle through the dealership LIberty Mazda in Wakefield. They alway put forth the maximum effort to get me the best deal and insure that I get the car I want at a price that I can afford. Liberty Mazda also has an excellent service department to maintain my vehicle. They also did a great job repairing damage from a minor accident. My Mazda looked better than ever when they were done. I highly recommend this dealership for your next new or used car.
Great people. I have bought or leased 14 cars or SUV's. Just got a CX-9 loaded no issue. They even set up the phone for my Wife! Service is great and never a long wait. I don't understand the issues here? Every time I have worked with them never an issue and always got a great deal. I stopped by Liberty Mazda because I was interested in a new Mazda I dealt with Rob and his sales manager AJ. I find the buying process stressful because I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Fortunately I had Rob and his manager AJ working with me. They were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with my selection. They made the buying experience very enjoyable. They explained the options carefully and were not pushy in their tactics. I really appreciate their assistance in choosing my new car.
I was in the market for a used Honda Accord for my daughter and stopped by to see one they had in their inventory. The salesman Larry took me on a test drive which was uneventful.
