The team was very friendly and helpful. They got my service done quickly and efficiently.
I got at Mazda CX-5. My experience was really good. They explain everything about the car. And the day I picked up my new car, the salesman looked help for someone explaining everything on my native language. The manager and the salesman were very nice.
Everything was quick and easy, no hassle. Very accommodating with up to date facilities and excellent staff. Nina was fantastic!
Great experience at Liberty mazda! !! We had been searching for a used CX-30 for some time.. There are a few lots out there and many cars to choose from... Your Sales Consultant Larry Giove "Saled" the deal.... Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and "down to earth".. Of course we haggled everybody does.. Supreme service - attentive employees who are sharp, thorough, transparent, but sensitive to timing and willing to move fast in spite of the administrative and financial documentation/coordination needed. Larry and Tom made me feel happy, relieved, and satisfied with my new car purchase.
I have done 3 Leases now of a Mazda CX-5. ....Each time i received excellent service where the dealership went above and beyond....
Dealership was responsive and reasonable through the sales process; Rafael Perez worked hard to communicate with me through a fairly annoying insurance / registry process (didn't seem like their fault). Overall my experience was positive. There is room for them to improve their communication (being even more responsive, and more precise) but I don't feel like it was a big problem, so five stars.
Great customer service, not pushy at all and very efficient with car delivery. Adrian was more than helpful in a lot of ways and kept in constant contact with me on the progress
